Today was the beginning of NSO - New Student Orientation for the Class of 2017. Starting at 8am, you could hear their names being cheered by their dorm staff as they moved in for their freshman year.
Wow. It's so hard to believe that it was just one year ago that we were in their shoes. One year ago, we were leaving our homes to embark on the great journey that is Stanford. One year of amazing memories, adventures, and friendships. And only three more to go...
Seeing Stanford through so many different eyes during the Stanford Safari has made me realize that I need to try harder to make the most out being here and explore everything that is right at our fingertips. I also hope that this new class of freshman realizes it sooner than I did.
Here's to a new year, a new perspective, most importantly, new freshman! Class of 2017, Welcome to The Farm!
